Polychromatic erythroblast
Synonyms: Normoblast, NRBC
The polychromatic erythroblast has a remarkably round nucleus with a patchy character. Compared to the basophilic erythroblast, the nucleus is smaller and relatively more cytoplasm is present. In terms of color, it is dark blue/purple.
